Working with Leon and his team has been a pleasure.
Everything was punctual and all the preparation work completed for us with no delays and to high quality. The team consisted of highly competent and polite tradesman, who were very considerate to minimise any disturbances to our tiling work.
Organisation and logistics were also at a high standard, with appropraite tiles and materials prepared for us in advance.
Very good management and a relicable / trustworthy contractor to work with.

We approached Leon for a quote for our extension and ground floor reworkings. We also asked for 4 other businesses to quote.
Leon was not the cheapest quote. It was, however, very comprehensive.
We knew we were going to spend a lot of money. We also knew we didn’t want to spend any more than a lot!! What we did want was to be in control of the budget. We had heard and witnessed real horror stories.
It was clear to us that the cheaper quotes would easily run over because what was required was not included. It was also apparent that on a like for like basis the quote was competitive.
Throughout the project we knew what was spent and where we were at as Leon kept us up to date throughout. His experience was able to highlight areas where “unforeseen” costs may arise and identify where in the budget we could save money should those costs be incurred so we would also be on target for our budget. The project and finances were well managed throughout.
His team were also a pleasure to have in our home and that is also something that cannot be under-estimated.
Ultimately though, not only did the project come in as anticipated (a hard feat in these crazy times) but we also absolutely love the finished product.
I cannot recommend Leon and LB Construction highly enough and will proactively refer him to anyone considering building works.

I don’t wish to be one to spread rumours but…I have found a builder that owns a dustpan and brush as well as a hoover! Not only that he uses it! Leon and his team have this week knocked down the wall between my kitchen and dining room. Yes there was a lot of mess day one but everything was covered and blocked up, we could even cook that evening as they had cleaned, hoovered, and wiped all the surfaces. I have never in all my years seen such a neat and clean builder. What a pleasure it has been to have the work done. So much so we have asked him to do more work for us.
The cherry on the cake is that Leon, Ryan and the team are friendly, helpful and nice to have around.
So I would thoroughly recommend Leon for your building works.

The staff are polite and worked hard to get the job done. LB Construction provided me with a different experience to what you usually might get from a building company. Amazing experience from start to finish … Leon and his team arrived when they said they would, were very tidy and always a pleasure to talk to. I found all my questions were explained in laymen’s terms and answered clearly. Our new decking area is fantastic. 5 stars definitely isn’t enough.
