We undertake a wide range of building projects including home extensions, renovations, refurbishments, conversions, garden rooms, patios, and other outside work.

Yes, we hold all the necessary qualifications, licences, and insurance required. We only use approved, trained, and certified contractors where relevant. Please ask for more information.

This will depend on what you intend to do. However, if you do not already have plans and planning permission, we may be able to advise you on the planning process and obtaining the services of an architect where necessary.

Yes: we work to the highest standards and closely with all the relevant authorities on our builds at every step of the way.

Yes, we undertake continuous professional development and are always looking for ways to improve our skills and knowledge.

We will need to establish what stage your project is at and how we will be able to help you. If you do not already have plans and/or planning permission and need them, we can advise. Once we have all the preliminary details, we will be able to arrange a site visit with you and we will go from there.

How long is a piece of string? Seriously though, how much your project will cost will depend on numerous factors. However, we will ask you for all the information we need to price your project competitively, realistically, and to your specifications. We will never be the cheapest option, and there’s a reason for that: you’ll get our experience, expertise, integrity, and our full commitment to your project.
This will depend on what work you have planned. We will do our best to establish a realistic timeline in our proposal. This can vary, however, if new or unexpected circumstances arise or changes are made to the scope of the project. We will always keep you informed and up to date on timings.
While we prefer to work on a project from the outset, we can sometimes step in when building work has not gone to plan. Please get in touch and we will see how we can assist you.
When we can begin a project will depend on various factors, including what we already have on. We do get booked up so please get in touch as soon as you know you will be needing our services.
